Thank you for shopping with Glow & Glamour by NaRi! We carefully prepare and package every order with love.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Handmade items may require additional processing time depending on the item and order size.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

We currently offer:
• Standard Shipping – $8.00
• Express Shipping – $15.00
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more

Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Express shipping is generally estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Glow & Glamour by NaRi is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
